It's that time of the year yet again which when we used to go to a shop shelling out some bucks to buy a pen for the first time in a semester .Oh its true !! VERY TRUE !! !! When the DiGi-Cams were busy clicking the pictures of the the notes made by a few sincere batch mates and we would thank them from the bottom of our heart's for making the notes and abusing them at the same time for making them .#$#%%#%#% !! #$##$#$ ! And even more so while reading and mugging and cramming and trying to understand the holy crap that has been jotted down by those bloody knuckleheads .Morons.Jackasses . When the printers would get busy ,with everyone trying to suck the ink out of the cartridges . The cartridges would soon end up dying a "road-side doggies death " . When pen-drives were actually used for copying slides ,presentations , PDF's and not movies and snaps . When the FTP's were meant for downloading e-books and video tutorials .When The mundane "night-outs" actually were dedicated for extra ordinary studying and not the usual "BAKAR" . When you'd take a sneak-peak of your neighbors room to find out whether a topic is being taught by a "Dayalu Mahatma" in hostel and you would try to get little bits and pieces of the unknown subject (till date) into the grey matter . No matter how late or early you reach such a room you would definitely stay till the end hoping that something definitely will fit into your vacant head .Its also the time when the most common SM that you'll notice on your Gtalk / YM list would be DnD being accompanied with a red light flashing to the left of it ! When you'd rush into the libraries to get your first book issued of the semester or may be you won't do it just believing and consoling yourself " Nothing can be done now .It's over already :( ". Asking Seniors about the previous years papers in dying hours of the night . These worked as "Sanjivani" for us many a times as the Prof were be generous enough to repeat the some old shit . Coming back to the night . Technically speaking the night never dies at IIIT and it's the time when you'll find a IIITian fresh and most active of all the 24hrs :D . In fact our minds work at jet speed at these peak hours ..When we would run back to hostel from CC to get your forgotten ID card . Giving an awkward look to a person who asked for an extra sheet and wondering whether I'll be able to fill even half of it .God damn !!! x-( Grrrrr !!
This all and much more constituted our exam season :-) !
